Nidhi Jha is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario. She takes pride in the role of physiotherapy plays in keeping people independent and physically fit. Her treatment plan includes manual therapy to restore joint biomechanics and to correct muscle imbalances and overall to decrease pain and enabling proper body mechanics and movement.
Robert is a Registered Massage Therapist and does Acupuncture as well. His values, which are extremely important to him, are exercise, human anatomy, and positive attitude. He has 20 years experience as a Registered Massage Therapist under the Regulated Health Professions Act. He is dedicated to helping people improve their health and well-being. During the last 20 years, he earned a solid reputation and many loyal clients. He has an extensive background and specializes in Sport Injuries (due to his fair share of them with competitive swimming and Marathon running), Motor Vehicle Accidents, Relaxation, Rehabilitation, and Therapeutic Massage. He utilizes such techniques such as Deep Tissue Massage and Myofascial Release. I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage Hydrotherapy in 1989. I continued my training at the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I then went on to study with Doctor Devi Nambudripad in Los Angeles, California in Sensitivity Training. Robert is very client focused, personable, positive, energetic, self-motivated and values open communication with his clients. His focus is on Sports, Exercise and Massage in combination to help individuals achieve long lasting health and wellness. He believes in being proactive rather than reactive when it comes to everything life has to offer (eg. Yin/Yang principles).
